Baddi's story doesn't begin in real estate, but in a completely different field.

From 2007 to 2010, he began his university studies to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management, as well as his Aircraft Pilot's License.

In 2011, he became “Supervisor of General Purchasing” at Cargolux, and left this position in 2013 to become “Flight Operations Manager for Private Jets” at Aviatrax.

It was only after this period that Baddi decided in 2014 to become an “Independent Real Estate Agent.”
For two years, he learned the agent's trade and specialized in the different areas of real estate so as to be able to advise his customers with a professionalism and passion that even today are recognized by everyone.

In 2016, he decided to set up his own agency “NEW HOME REAL ESTATE SARL”, initially located in Contern, and embarked on this adventure as a one-man show.

In 2018, the agency moved to Wasserbillig and continued to grow its reputation. In 2019, Claudia joins the team and together they continue to develop Baddi's initial vision.

In 2020, Meho joins the team, and even during a period of worldwide pandemic, the company manages to open a second branch and returns to Contern in 2021, where the three decide to create the real estate development company “NEW HOME PROMOTIONS SARL”.

By 2022, six years of hard work had paid off and the company decided to expand.

In 2023, it's full of new faces and new adventures. Last January, the agency recruited Magnus, in April Hugo, in September Diogo and in October Melisa, to expand its services and guarantee a more refined customer experience. During this period, Baddi also decided to found the construction company “NEW HOME CONSTRUCTIONS SARL”, thus completing the final piece of the puzzle imagined by our CEO and rounding off the structure of the NEW HOME group.
Baddi is a person with values based on hard work and trust. The constant evolution of his team, in order to be able to offer his customers the best possible service, is of paramount importance to him.

In his spare time, he likes to devote himself to soccer, another of his passions, where he has been involved with various clubs as a sponsor and coach.
